MRS specializes in identifying unrecognized revenue opportunities for Pennsylvania cities and schools
About Municipal Revenue Service, Inc.
In 1993 the staff of Municipal Revenue Service, Inc. (MRS)*
became involved in tax lien sales in New York State, including the
sale of city, school district and county real estate tax liens.  During
this time, tax lien sales became a valid way for local taxing
districts to increase their revenues.
Based in Pennsylvania,  MRS today specializes in identifying
unrecognized revenue opportunities for Pennsylvania cities,
schools, counties and other taxing districts.
MRS provides the following services required in this
transaction:
Conducts detailed data research and analysis to
determine qualifying tax liens.
Negotiates all financing arrangements required to provide
the funds to purchase the liens.
Coordinates administrative matters between the
participating parties in the transaction.
Provides continued reporting and analysis required for a
period up to four years.
*The principle of MRS has 10+ years experience as a CFO in local
governments in New York and Pennsylvania, (including the city of
 Erie, Pennsylvania).
