Municipal Revenue Service (MRS) is pleased to announce that the East Allegheny School District and Riverside Beaver County School District recently approved joining the Municipal Revenue Services delinquent real-estate tax revenue program. By using MRS Tax Lien Management they are generating instant revenue from the sale of their unpaid property taxes, and you can too, any time of the year. Now they’ll be using money they previously waited up to 4 years to access. No matter the intended use, MRS is here to help you gain access to YOUR revenue. Offset pension liabilities, improve bond ratings, or put revenue into your operating budget, anywhere that will help you get through several budget cycles. MRS program is that it generates the maximum amount of revenue from a solid asset like tax liens. You get 90 cents on the dollar upfront and because your taxing district also collects penalties and interest from the delinquent property taxes, you can realize over 100% of the face value when you stay with the program. The No-Obligation Tax Lien Management Seminar from Municipal Revenue Service  MRS makes learning about tax lien management easy. To schedule a no-obligation educational seminar for your superintendent, business managers or school  board, call MRS today at 814-476-0400 and ask for Jeff Spaulding or Jim Geronimo. MRS Exhibits at CCAP Annual Conference and Tradeshow
MRS would like to thank all attendees that stopped by our booth August 5th & 6th, 2018 at the CCAP Annual Conference and Tradeshow, held at the Wyndham Gettysburg and Gateway Campus. Special thanks goes out to those attendees that brought other county commissioners over to the booth to hear about the program. A truly eye-opening, educational experience, especially when they learned they’re sitting on a dormant asset (tax liens) that can be used to fund land banks immediately, without the need to draw from existing budgets or raise taxes. If you couldn’t attend this year’s CCAP Conference, contact MRS to setup a no-obligation, tax lien management seminar, and learn firsthand about the revenue generating program that not only performs for PA school districts, but for PA counties too.
